Pathway Family Services Announces New Vice President of Residential and Treatment Services

PFS seasoned employee promoted to Vice President.

KANSAS (January 23, 2024) Pathway Family Services (PFS) is pleased to announce Char’dae C. Bell, M.A. as the new Vice President of Residential and Treatment Services.

Bell started as a Case Coordinator at PFS’ Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in 2016. Most recently, she served as a supervisor for TFI’s Visitation and Exchange Centers (VECs).

While working at TFI, Char’dae has earned two master’s degrees: a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling from Washburn University. In addition to her master’s, Bell is currently finishing her Ph.D. in Couples and Family Therapy at Kansas State University and is expected to graduate in December 2024.

After receiving the promotion to Vice President, Bell stated “Throughout my career, I have been driven by a strong sense of purpose and a dedication to excellence. I believe in fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that empowers individuals and promotes service innovation. I am confident that, together with the talented members of our team, we can achieve new heights at PFS. I am excited to contribute my leadership and strategic thinking to advance our mission and vision.”

In Bell’s new role, she will oversee PFS’s Kansas-based programs and facilities in Topeka, KS.

Her background and qualifications will positively impact the agency and the children and families we serve,” said Pam Richardson, Senior Vice President of Foster Care and Residential Services.

 

Pathway Family Services LLC, an agency of TFI, provides resources for youth and families through their Independent Living Program, TRAIL (Teens Reaching Adult Independent Living), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), outpatient services and specialized foster care services.
