Foster Parent and TFI Representative

My name is Kelly Bishop, and I am the TFI Liaison on our FPAT. My husband and I have three boys and two dogs. We have provided respite foster care for years, and we are alternate caregivers for foster parents. It has been a great joy to see families reunited after working hard to meet goals, and we have also celebrated with friends who achieved permanency through adoption.

Our family loves being outdoors! We love hiking, fishing, swimming, all sports and we love music as well. My husband is a head high school football coach and assistant athletic director, so much of our time is spent serving at school. When we are able, we love to get away on vacation! Red River, New Mexico is a favorite destination for us. We also enjoy the beach, but if we all vote on it, the mountains will win every time. Our faith and church home are central to our lives, and we pour a lot of time into learning, growing, serving and loving others because of that.
