Nicholas and Katie Simons are a newly licensed foster family. They received their license this past August and are eager to foster and adopt children and provide a loving home.
They had their first child placed on September 6th. Both foster parents work in the school system with the Behavioral Intervention program, which is how they received their first foster child, Daniel. Daniel was in Mr. Simons’s Behavioral program.
Mr. Simons and Daniel bonded. Mr. Simons went to have a discussion with Mrs. Simons and it only took one conversation; the next day they started working on getting Daniel in their home.
They have two wonderful biological children who add even more love and sunshine to their home. Their home is in a beautiful country setting, with farm animals and ponds for fishing—a perfect environment for a child to grow.
The Simons are ready to accept more children in their home because they have so much love to give!
