For over 50 years, Circle R Ranch has been hosting unique and successful meetings with Texas flair. Attendees will experience a relaxing atmosphere, delicious home cooked meals and Texas sized fun!
Free parking is available on site.
A room block will be made available for May 11, 2026. If you are traveling over 3 hours to attend the event, you qualify for a hotel room. The event will end by 5:00pm and staff are encouraged to travel home at the close of the event if possible.
All hotel rooms are to be booked via support ticket and must be approved by your supervisor. Travel will come from individual program/department budgets.
