Misty Cross has been a foster parent with TFI for over 3 years. Misty has done an amazing job as a foster parent, and over the years, she has stepped outside her comfort zone and grown as a foster parent to meet the needs of children who come into her home. Misty’s dedication is admirable as she has taken on placements considered “too much” or “hard to place.” Still, she does this to keep her siblings together and maintain those connections. Misty is always positive about the children’s case plan, and she does everything possible to maintain connections to the children’s family such as biological parents and/or grandparents. Misty’s unwavering commitment is a testament to her exemplary role as a foster parent with TFI, and she is always focused on the children’s safety and well-being within her home.
