The Family Initiative, Inc. (TFI) is pleased to announce Beverly Corkill as Vice President of Data and Report Validation.
Corkill’s history at TFI runs deep, dating back to 2002 when she took her first job as a licensing specialist. Since then, she has held numerous positions, such as Quality Improvement and Licensing Supervisor, Licensing and Performance Improvement Manager and Director of Program Support. She also served as a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Director for four years and returned to TFI in 2020 as a Data Analyst. Her leadership is seen as a key asset to the company’s commitment to quality.
“I came back to TFI because children and family services is important to me and a very large part of my professional career,” said Corkill.
In her new role, Corkill will ensure that our data systems contain clean, accurate data that meets contractual and regulatory reporting obligations and requirements. This includes implementing data validation procedures to detect and correct data sets to ensure quality reports are generated to align with organizational goals and data-driven decision-making.

With her extensive experience and proven track record, she will play a pivotal role in strengthening our compliance efforts, optimizing data management, and enhancing our reporting capabilities. Corkill received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan.
In Fiscal Year 2024, TFI served more than 8,900 children in prevention, foster care, adoption and residential services.
