Wichita Falls, Texas (June 18, 2021) – TFI is pleased to announce Della Kennedy as the new Director of Human Resources.
Kennedy comes to TFI as an experienced human resources manager with a demonstrated history of working in human resources management. She was responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of many different company’s human resources departments for over five years before joining TFI. In her previous roles, she supervised and provided consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, budget, and labor relations. Della leads with a passionate energy to make a difference and create change.
As the Director of Human Resources, Kennedy will be responsible for managing all human resource functions including employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, employee retention, personnel policies, discipline and counseling, and compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Kennedy received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston-Downtown.
