TFI Announces New Vice President, Residential and Treatment Services
Pathway Family Services employee promoted to Vice President
Wichita Falls, TX (Dec 7, 2023) – Pathway Family Services is pleased to announce Ryan Lynn as the new Vice President of Texas Residential and Treatment Services.
Lynn has over 17 years of experience in residential childcare facilities. He has extensive training in a multitude of crisis intervention techniques and is trained in multiple areas focused on trauma-informed care.

As the Vice President of Residential and Treatment Services, Lynn will run Blue Skies, a residential treatment facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. He will lead and direct the staff at the facility, which can serve up to 26 youth at a time.
Lynn received his bachelor’s in criminal justice from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. He received his master’s in management & leadership from Western Governors University. Lynn is also a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner.
